SmartOps24x7 Multi Site Operation

SmartOps24x7 agents can be used to send orders to multiple WIPtracker data collection and operations tracking sites, depending on their location, their capabilities, and their current resource availability.  The WIPtracker sites can then report back their operational status, which is integrated into a central Operations Management Database.

This enables consolidation of customer orders from a variety of different sources into a single order stream, which can then be routed, as appropriate to different manufacturing plants and warehouses. This can also be done using other warehouse management and job tracking systems but additional integration will be required.

This also enables integration of operations at multiple sites to be coordinated with a single ERP system and common supplier and customer supply chain systems.
